Tender Beef Filet with Balsamic Glaze*
The filet was perfectly cooked and delicious. The smashed potatoes were very good, I could have eaten a whole plate of them. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and very fresh. We are so glad that we tried this hidden gem in Maricopa!
Eggs Benedict*
This was our first time trying Roots Eatery. We always figured if we wanted a good breakfast we had to go to Gilbert or Chandler, but Roots proved us wrong! The Eggs Benedict was delicious! I also got a side of Hash Browns, which also were good, considering I am more of a country style potato girl! We also got the special, which was a Coast 2 Coast Bowl, with Brisket! He was very much impressed with his choice, as well! However, he was really pleased with this Bloody Mary. He really wanted that Bloody Mary!
ROOTs Style Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich*
Today was our first time in. My grandson wanted us to see where he works and said the food was really good. So we went in. From the moment we walked in we loved the easy going environment. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. From the owner to the rest of the staff we felt welcome and had fun. I also tried the cheese cake and that too was delicious. My husband had the chicken brioche sandwich, he loved it too. And I must say that he is not easily impressed. So glad we went to lunch with my grandson today! We will be back!

I had the pleasure of trying the Reuben sandwich at Roots Eatery and I must say, it was one of the best I've ever had. Their Reuben sandwich left an indelible impression on my taste buds, and I am eager to sing its praises. The corned beef was mouth-watering and cooked to perfection, while the sauerkraut offered a tangy contrast that elevated the entire dish. The melted Swiss cheese was decadent and added a creamy texture to each bite. The Thousand Island dressing was the cherry on top, rounding out the flavor profile beautifully. All nestled between two slices of toasty rye bread was pure perfection. I would highly recommend Roots Eatery to anyone in search of a classic deli-style Reuben that is executed with skill and care.
Spinach & Cheese Ravioli
Absolutely amazing dish! The pasta was homemade, and the sauce? OMG!! So creamy and delicious! I hope this stays on the menu for a repeat.
Hash Brown Bowl *
I tried the special. Brisket hash brown bowl with eggs over medium. And of course a killer bloody mary. Both were very good! I will definitely be going back soon. By far the best breakfast spot in Maricopa! Im hesitant to write this review cuz its a tiny place and i dont want it to be too packed to get in ,in the future. But theybdeserve the good review. I look forward to going back bery soon!
Black n' Bleu Burger
This was the best burger I have ever had. Rich in flavor, a hint of spice in the bacon and the meat was seasoned well. Definitely an impressive size and the fries were delicious.
French Press Coffee
Best coffee in town hands down. Love the service and food is amazing. Have tried breakfast and lunch menu and find a new favorite dish every time. Great place to take a friend, go on a date or take family and out of town guests. A true gem in Maricopa.

The flavors produced from the kitchen are a kaleidoscope for the pallet. So many flavors combined to produce a perfect picture of taste. Roots has mastered the combination of 5 star dining and comfort food in an atmosphere that just makes you want to stay. The prices are so reasonable; everyone can come and enjoy. It's evident they have adopted a customer CARE policy;any establishment can provide service, at Roots they CARE! The customers seem to know the Roots way - everyone is warm, welcoming, and inviting. What a great experience. Thank You!
